What Youll Do
- Support and exude a mindset and our Hungry, Humble, Smart culture.
- BOH operations: maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and waste control.
- Practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively.
- Practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets.
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams.
- Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room
- Develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings.
- Represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision.
What Were Looking For
- Proven recent work history, working in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment ($6M+ annual revenue).
- 3+ years in a stable, progressive work history and track record as a Sous Chef
- Strong BOH experience to include ordering, inventory, food & labor cost control.
- Creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure.
