We believe that pure, authentic, and vibrant flavors will be universally loved. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Line Cook to join our team.
About the RoleAs the Lead Line Cook, you'll be a key player in our kitchen, working with our team to prepare and execute our unique menu. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from preparing ingredients to cooking dishes to order. You'll work with our chef to master traditional recipes and techniques while also embracing new ones.
Our kitchen is a modern take on a traditional family kitchen, where every dish is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We don't use cans, processed foods, or artificial ingredients. We are proud of our progressive menu, which combines authentic Indian cuisine with other cultures, resulting in dishes like Curried Lamb Tacos, Tandoori Chilean Seabass, and Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye.
What We're Looking ForExperience: You have a proven track record as a line cook, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. Experience with Indian cuisine is a plus, but not required.
Passion: You have a genuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and master new techniques and flavors.
Team Player: You can work well in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with your team.
Creativity: You enjoy thinking outside the box and are open to new ideas and culinary fusions.
