Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Bartender and Server to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience. Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
As Bartender:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Monitor guests alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
As Server:
Greet guests promptly and courteously.
Take food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner.
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining or event areas.
Clear tables and assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces when necessary.
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender and/or server preferred.
Must be 21+ with a valid [state] alcohol server permit (e.g., MAST in Washington).
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
MAST or similar responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.

Hourly wage: $16.66 + tips

About the Role
Keep our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are spotless, sanitized, and ready to go. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps service moving.

What You'll Do
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans.
Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with basic kitchen prep when needed.
Empty trash and recycling.
Maintain dishwashing equipment.

What We're Looking For
Energetic, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Team player with good communication skills.
Experience a plus, but we'll train the right person.
