We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team here at Friends Fellowship Community. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen by assisting in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This position requires a strong understanding of food handling and preparation techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals for our residents
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
