Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or POS systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable).
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
