Walter's Basin Restaurant is a small business in Holderness, NH. We are professional and agile.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Use Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest relations and customer service
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of guest services in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
