Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including floors, machinery, and equipment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and supplies used.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
