Job DetailsWe are opening a new restaurant located in the heart of Downingtown, PA serving up an elevated, yet approachable menu. We are currently seeking energetic leader to join our team.
*NOTE: We are hiring all BOH positions*
We are looking for one full-time Lead Line Cook to join our crew. The job requires leading a team, working alongside the chef, line cooking, and prep cooking during every shift. The kitchen will be open Tuesday through Sunday, we will likely have a set schedule with some shifting around as needed.
A typical shift involves creating a daily prep list, overseeing the setting up and backing up station for service, working collaboratively with the chef, maintaining a clean and efficient station throughout service, cleaning projects during down time, and eventually breaking down and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the night.
Culinary Fundamentals are a must along with having the desire to move up in culinary leadership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-5 years culinary experience
- A positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills
- Stong communication skills
- The ability to stay busy and complete tasks
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
