A’BriTin Catering & Hitch and Sip Bar Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. Our Bartenders play a critical role in providing a memorable and enjoyable guest experience by creating classic and innovative drinks that exceed customer expectations. In addition, our Bartenders will help set the ideal atmosphere for weddings and other events, delivering beverage services that contribute to the overall success of these occasions.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all beverage-related needs are met for guests at events. This position requires individuals who are personable, hardworking, and capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Create classic and innovative drinks based on guest preferences and event needs.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked for events.
- Provide high-quality customer service, making sure to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus and recommend beverages to guests when necessary.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure the overall success of events.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws.
Qualifications (Required):
- Previous bartending experience required (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and organized with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work nights and weekends, especially during our high-volume season (May – November).
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items as needed and stand for extended periods. 50 + pounds
- Must be 21+ years of age and hold a valid driver’s license
Additional Notes:
- Able to lift and push 50+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly/non-exempt + tips eligible (DOQ)

Job Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) – Part Time/Seasonal
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday is the standard days the Catering & Events Division operate most events however, there is potential for employees to work other days of the week/weekend as well based on employee availability and as event schedules allow – the primary days of work are weekends and Saturdays. Work assignments and shifts can begin as early as 10:00 AM and end as late as midnight or after midnight though usually range between 1:00 PM – midnight. Occasional work/work hours to be performed outside of standard business hours may be required.
Reporting Structure: Bar Operations Manager, Executive Head Chef, Catering Captain/Lead, Chief Operations Officer, or other assigned leader.
