THE JOB:

Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Runner to deliver exceptional, prompt, and courteous service to our guests. Youll bring dishes to the table with care, describe each item in detail, and answer guest questions, playing a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.8946 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Expedite food from kitchen to table, following service sequence

• Describe dishes and menu features, answering guest questions

• Communicate with team and management to ensure smooth service and address guest needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a Food Runner or Server

• Knowledgeable of food and menu preparation

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
