The Kitchen lead will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Kitchen Staff: Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and standards.
Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules that align with both budget constraints and business needs
Menu Management: Collaborate with the head chef to develop and update the menu, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh ingredients.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Conduct regular inspections and taste tests.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Cost Management: Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and control expenses.
Customer Service: Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline kitchen operations to maximize efficiency and productivity during peak hours.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
