Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all to-go orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls and assist customers with their to-go orders.
Accurately input orders into the Toast POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
Prepare food items for takeout, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and dining space.
Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency.
Seat customers, provide menus, and drinks as needed.
Assist wait staff with dine-in customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
