Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm

What this job involves:

As a Custodian at JLL, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order in our facilities. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Cleaning and sanitizing offices, common areas, restrooms, and other spaces

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

Emptying trash bins and recycling containers

Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Restocking supplies in restrooms and break areas

Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs

Reporting any damages, repairs needed, or safety hazards to the facility manager

Assisting with setup and teardown for meetings or events as needed

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Preferred:

Experience with green cleaning practices

Basic computer skills for communication and record-keeping

Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
