Dishwasher

Job brief:
We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. If you want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and be part of the behind-the-scenes operations, we'd like to meet you. Note that this role requires working in shifts during evenings and weekends.

Physical Setting:

Fine dining restaurant in a private golf club

Schedule:

8-10 hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Overtime
Weekend availability

Job Duties:

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning food prep stations and equipment and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
Assist cooks and Servers as needed, especially during peak hours
Report any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken facilities
Other duties as requested

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
