Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Our Kitchen atmosphere is extremely fast paced and for ever changing. This isn't a restaurant where you will just settle in to a "forever menu" as we change the menu almost daily. Everything from top to bottom is made in house from our breads, pastas, deserts and more. We are actively looking for an individual that is humble and ready to learn.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring seasonal ingredients are utilized effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of fine dining standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional meals to guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
