Position Were looking for an energetic, professional, and personable Host/Hostess to be the first smile our guests see. The ideal candidate has experience in a no-reservations environment , can manage seating flow during busy service, and is comfortable handling delivery/take-out orders and phone orders with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage seating efficiently in a high-volume, no-reservations setting

• Coordinate delivery and take-out orders with the kitchen and delivery staff

• Take accurate orders by phone and process them promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance area

• Communicate guest flow with floor managers and servers

• Answer guest questions about our menu and services

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess or front-of-house experience in a fast-paced restaurant

• Skilled in seating management without a reservations system

• Experience handling delivery platforms, take-out, and phone orders

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive, professional demeanor and appearance

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
