Poised to be one of the most anticipated openings of 2025, this new concept will redefine fine dining in LA through innovation, elegance, and hospitality at the highest level. We are building an extraordinary team to launch this landmark projectand are seeking experienced and driven Food Runners / Kitchen Servers to help bring it to life.

As a Food Runner / Kitchen Server, you will be the essential link between our kitchen and dining room, ensuring each dish arrives at the table in perfect condition and at the precise moment. Working closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams, you will uphold the highest standards of accuracy, timing, and presentation, helping deliver a seamless and extraordinary guest experience.

Position Summary: Food Runners / Kitchen Servers provide vital operational support to both the kitchen and service teams, maintaining flawless execution and an unwavering focus on detail. This role requires speed, precision, and grace under pressure, as well as a commitment to the artistry and intent behind every plate. You are the steward of each dishs journey from chef to guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with precision, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and timing

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating to answer questions and support service excellence

  • Communicate seamlessly with Captains, assistant servers, and the culinary team to maintain the rhythm of service

  • Anticipate service needs, replenishing mise en place, and maintaining a clean and organized pass and service areas

  • Assist with table maintenance, clearing, and resetting to ensure uninterrupted service flow

  • Uphold plating and delivery standards set by the culinary team, handling each dish with care and intention

  • Participate in daily lineups, menu briefings, and training to stay fully informed and engaged

  • Embody and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment

  • Strong knowledge of food handling, plating standards, and allergen awareness

  • Exceptional attention to detail, timing, and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume, high-touch environment

  • Professional, polished demeanor and a calm, focused presence under pressure

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation: Hourly ($17.81) plus tips
