Job Title: Temporary Dental Receptionist

Location: Bethesda, MD

Schedule: Flexibility to pick up shifts that work with you - hours may vary from 4-12 hours shifts Monday-Saturday.

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Greet patients and visitors
• Answer phone calls and questions
• Take messages
• Gather patient information
• Assist patients with payments and scheduling
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Update patient files
• Process insurance claims
• Assist with payment notices
• Follow up on insurance claims
• Manage correspondence
• Maintain a tidy reception area

Requirements:

• Must have recent dental office experience
• At least one (1) year of experience within the Dental industry
• Experience with dental Practice Management Software: Dentrix.
• Must have Treatment Planning, Presentation, Insurance Verification experience.
• CPR Certification preferred
