Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- 7 AM - 5:30 PM
- Three 10-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities are to provide support to the CVR Tele-Medicine Program
- To provide excellent and efficient service to CVR’s patients
- Coordinating efficiently with the Operations Support Manager.
- Scheduling patients for their appointments, follow ups and/or re-evaluations
- Maintaining and updating patient charts and treatment plans
- Ensuring schedules are booked for providers
- Making sure chart prep is completed days ahead to ensure patients have everything they need
- Submitting pre-authorization for any patient that requires authorization prior to treatments
- Collecting payments for compression stocking orders
- Customizing confirmations for patients via SMS & Email
- Providing updated appointments and benefit information to patients
- Following up with patients who have not scheduled or requested a follow up
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an EMR/EHR system
- Must have reliable internet for day-to-day remote operations
