CY LYNDHURST is searching for a Food and Beverage Attendant with serving, Bartending, and Banquest Experience.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS systems, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Banquet staff support large-scale events such as weddings, conferences, and parties by setting up, serving, and breaking down event spaces.
  • Prepare and serve drinks based on customer orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area and utensils

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on fine dining or nightclub environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
