Job Responsibilities:
Maintains building and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, and repair services.
Maintain s building interior by dusting furniture, office equipment, mirrors, and fixtures ; w ashing windows, counters, walls, ceilings; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; furniture .
Stocks rest rooms and break areas as needed
Replac e light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed .
Maintains plant appearance by picking up papers and trash
R emov es ice and snow from walkways and parking lot;
Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials (cardboard) .
Keeps cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
Maintains parts and equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level s and places orders as needed.
Completes assigned preventative maintenance tasks efficiently and in accordance with established schedules, procedures, and safety standards.
Assists during plant maintenance activities as needed .
Preps and paints surface of equipment , vessels, structures .
Perform regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and debris removal to maintain clean, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
Uses iPad to document work orders as directed by CMMS ( Emaint )
Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications / Requirement s
Maintains a valid drivers license and able to operate company vehicle both onsite and offsite
