Tri-County Jr/Sr High School Night Custodian (12 month)

Qualifications:

• A minimum requirement for a high school diploma.
• Previous custodial experience is preferred, but not required.

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication skills, strong work ethic, physical strength, friendly, ability to adapt, and maintain confidentiality.
• Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Lift 1040 pounds frequently, 4075 pounds occasionally, and more than 75 pounds infrequently.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Key Performance Responsibilities:

• Assists with the preparation and cleanup of special evening events (e.g., games, concerts, programs).
• Adheres to proper cleaning methods, storage, proper care, and disposal of equipment and supplies.
• Perform all scheduled cleaning duties as required in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain and update as needed MSDS records
• The primary responsibility of securing the building daily
• General cleaning of classrooms, offices, and designated areas
• Inform the building administrator of any building and grounds/maintenance concerns.
• Possibly assist with snow removal and salting when needed
• General repair of desk, chairs, and lockers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the administration and/or supervisor
