MISSION IMPACT: All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The receptionist manages incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. This role will greet visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and direct guests, clients, and visitors as they arrive at the office or reception area to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Sort and distribute mail, emails, and packages to the relevant recipients.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, calendars, and arrange conference rooms.
-Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records.
-Assist clients or callers by providing information about the agency, its services, and its personnel.
-Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensure magazines and brochures are stocked, and arrange seating for visitors.
-Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
-HS diploma or equivalent
-Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
-Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers.

Interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and through the use of technology, with long periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity

-Travels between worksites occasionally
-Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings and faith-based settings such as churches
-Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
