What You'll Do
As directed by Physician Group Supervisor, Department Director and Office Coordinator/Administrator responsible for greeting and attending to patients on the phone and in person. Coordinate and organize appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the office and support delivery of quality patient care.
Requirements
One to two years experience in customer service preferred.
