As a Line Cook, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, executing menu items to spec, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, precision, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, presentation, and timing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and tools
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Uphold consistency and quality in every dish served
Qualifications:
2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, upscale or fine-dining environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
A passion for food, creativity, and hospitality
Ability to take direction, work clean, and stay organized under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
