Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. MUST BE HIGHLY SKILLED WITH A STRING TRIMMER, HEDGE TRIMMERS, AND COMMERCIAL GRADE MOWERS. If you have a passion for outdoor work and possess expertise in lawn care, groundskeeping, and garden maintenance, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Trim trees and shrubs to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing - Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to carry out landscaping duties - Collaborate with the team to enhance landscape designs and implement new garden features Requirements: - Driver's License and reliable transportation - Experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, or landscaping required - Proficiency in using power tools for various outdoor tasks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces - Physical stamina to handle various labor-intensive duties in different weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Weekends as needed Experience: Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
