Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Schedule: Training: First 2-3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Regular Schedule (post-training): Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Training: First 2-3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Regular Schedule (post-training): Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can thrive both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, be comfortable taking initiative, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
