A distinguished 140-acre estate is seeking a dedicated and skilled live-out Executive Housekeeper to manage the cleaning, upkeep, and overall maintenance and organization of both the interior and exterior of the property in Belle Vernon. Ideal candidate will ensure that the estate, including its various buildings, pool, garden, garage, gym, and other facilities, is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. In addition, travel to Maryland lake house on occasion, for interior housekeeping, general property upkeep, and exterior maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Interior Housekeeping: Perform all aspects of housekeeping for the main house and additional buildings on the estate, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and general maintenance. Maintain all rooms and common areas to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-organized. Launder, iron, and care for linens, clothing, and household fabrics. Oversee the care and maintenance of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and other valuable items. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and household goods, ensuring they are stocked and organized. Assist with food preparation, kitchen cleanup, and occasional meal service as needed. Exterior Maintenance: Keep outdoor furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment clean and ready for use. Garage and Vehicle Care: Keep the garage organized and clean, ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly. Monitor the condition of the vehicles and report any maintenance needs to the estate manager. 4. General Property Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or unclogging drains, etc. Assist with seasonal tasks such as preparing the home for winter or summer, including covering/uncovering outdoor furniture and storing seasonal items. Work with outside contractors and service providers as needed for larger maintenance or repair projects. Run errands, pick up and drop off packages. Travel to MD house for interior housekeeping, general property upkeep and exterior maintenance tasks. Guest Services: Prepare guest rooms and common areas for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Provide light hospitality services during guest stays, such as serving refreshments or assisting with luggage. 6. Security and Safety: Monitor and maintain the security of the estate, ensuring that doors and windows are locked and alarms are set. Be vigilant about safety hazards and report any concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or property management. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Basic knowledge of household and garden maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team. Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor. Valid driver's license.
