Must have experience with high volume full service bar service. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Starting pay is $2.15/hr plus tips Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must have proven working experience as a bartender Minimum 2 years full-service bartending experience preferred Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy: Toast POS system knowledge a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Must be able to work morning/nights and weekends Must pass criminal background check Hurricanes Holding, LLC reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
