KC030 - Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper - Dumont, NJ

A warm, lively family in Dumont, NJ is looking for a dependable, upbeat, and family-oriented housekeeper/nanny to join their home long-term. They have two boys (ages 7 and 5), both in school full-time, and are seeking someone who can keep their home running smoothly, manage errands and household tasks during school hours, and provide loving, attentive care in the afternoons. The ideal candidate will feel like part of the family, have a maternal nature, and confidently step in to support busy parents who run their own businesses. They are looking for someone to work Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, starting ASAP.

During school hours (10am 3pm):

• Grocery shopping (adding items the family may need)
• Maintenance housekeeping(sweeping, mopping, dishes, dusting, wiping down bathrooms)
• Laundry and making beds
• General tidying and light household management
• Occasional errands

Afternoons with children (3pm - 6pm)

• School pick-ups (nanny car provided)
• Homework help and snack preparation
• Engaging activities suited to their ages and developmental stages
• Maintaining routines and household rules
• Ensuring safety and providing warm, attentive care

• 5+ years of experience in a combined childcare and household management role
• Maternal, warm, and friendly personality with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized home
• English fluency required; Serbo-Croatian or Spanish a plus
• Experienced and confident working with school-aged children, including those with mild special needs (speech delay)
• Ability to partner closely with parents and respect household routines and boundaries
• Availability to travel

• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Strong driver (nanny car provided)
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable working in a home with a pool (no pets)

• $40/hr=$83,200
