About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant server to join our dynamic team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service, from greeting and seating guests to managing the flow of service and resolving any guest concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently.
- Ensuring timely food and beverage delivery.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and guide service staff, including runners and bussers.
- Ensure that all service standards are met and that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Assist with table assignments and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
