Oversees food production.
Ensures that all food is produced in a timely manner to meet needs and presented in an attractive and appealing style.
Oversees kitchen personnel in the production of hot and cold food, in the cleaning of food preparation areas and in the control of food costs.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
High school/vocational school education and four years of high volume food service experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses
ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
Ability to pass the Food Handler's Certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication skills.
Computer literacy in industry standard software.
Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production worksheets.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in culinary arts.
Equipment Utilized
Industrial kitchen equipment.
