As we prepare to open our doors, we're seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and hospitality-driven Genesis Concierge to be the face of our customer experience.

About the Role

As our Genesis Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for guests-ensuring every interaction is warm, personalized, and memorable. You'll provide white-glove service from the moment clients walk in, guiding them through their journey, answering questions, and helping them explore the full luxury of the Genesis brand.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers with professionalism and genuine warmth
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating test drives
Deliver a seamless and premium showroom experience
Support clients with Genesis technology, features, and ownership perks
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth process

What We're Looking For

Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
