We are seeking a Team Member to join one of our teams!

As you know, cleaning is pretty simple, but it isn't for the faint of heart. As a team member, you'll work with an organization dedicated to supplying what we need to provide exceptional cleaning services to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations which involves:

-cleaning,

-organizing,

-sorting,

-dusting,

-sweeping,

-mopping,

-vacuuming,

-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A TEAM!

-Honor customer time commitments,

-Follow standard cleaning instructions,

-Follow standard cleaning descriptions,

-Check and ensure cleaning meets standards,

-Determine the scope of work as necessary,

-Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment,

QUALIFICATIONS: (Don't apply if you don't have)

-A clean criminal background,

-Previous experience in the cleaning industry,

-Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment,

-Strong attention to detail,

-Strong work ethic,

-Friendly demeanor,

REQUIREMENTS: (Don't apply if you can't)

-Stand for long periods of time,

-Kneel & squat,

-Climb 5 ft ladders,

-Climb stairs,

-Reach overhead,

-Move reasonably small furniture and appliances when necessary,

-Use cleaning products,

WE PROVIDE:

-Industrial-grade cleaning products,

-Company vehicles to drive to and from service sites,

-All required cleaning equipment,

-Training,

-Clientele,

-Programming software,

COMPENSATION:

-We pay a percentage of what the team earns weekly,

-Earn between $500 and $700 weekly,

-Tips are evenly split between your team,

WORK SCHEDULE:

-We meet at the home office by 8 am, leave at 8:10 am, and arrive at the first customer's location by 8:45 am,

-We complete our last customer anywhere from 3 pm to 5:30 and sometimes as late as 7 pm,

-We range anywhere between 1 large to 5 small service locations,

OTHER:

-We operate in teams of 3,

-English and Spanish speaking is a plus,
