The fry cook is responsible for preparing and cooking fried foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This includes operating deep fryers, ensuring food safety, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering high-quality food in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fried items
Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including fryer maintenance and oil filtration/replacement.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and ensure prompt service.
Assist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
Adhere to company policies and health regulations.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be available to possibly work 5 to 7 days per week.
Must be bilingual (Eng/Span) to communicate with bilingual customers.
Must pass background check. No sexual offenses. No violent offenses.
