- Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. This includes operating dishwashing machines and performing manual cleaning as necessary.
- Regularly check and maintain dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning food preparation areas, to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy items when necessary.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred but not required.
