We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is for the morning to early afternoon shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system

Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction

Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally

Keep tables clean and presentable throughout the dining experience

Assist with side work such as setting tables, rolling silverware, and restocking supplies

Process payments accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations

Work cooperatively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
