Job Summary:

As a Restaurant & Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Depending on your role (server, bartender, cook, or support staff), youll assist with food and drink preparation, guest service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages (if bartending), following recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in preparing pizzas, appetizers, and other menu items with attention to quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality preferred but not requiredwe are willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
