Job Description

SUMMARY: Prepares and serves breakfast and lunch meals to students, prepare reports of servings and performs light cleaning duties in support of the Food Service operations at assigned school.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs meal preparation duties and food service set up, to include counting plates and beverages (daily)

Serves breakfast and lunch meals to students (daily)

Prepares daily report of servings and beverages and submit to Cafeteria office

Clean tables, stoves, refrigerators and kitchen equipment

Washes and dries dishes and places in storage

Provides custodial services for a healthy and safe environment by cleaning and maintaining cafeteria

Sweeps and mops the cafeteria floors daily

Picks up litter and trash and replaces garbage bags

Assists with special events as needed

Assists in the daily clean up and maintenance of the kitchen, service and eating areas, including food preparation equipment

Performs food cashier duties as needed

Responds to all related emergency situations per established guidelines

Receives and answers calls/inquiries from parents and staff

Reports all repair needs to Maintenance

Position Type:Part-Time

Salary:$15.15 Per Hour
