Position Overview

The Guest Services Communications Team Membe rs are responsible for guest communication using phone, email, and services ticket systems . T his role work s with the Program team to support the guests ’ needs and works directly with Lift Operations to monitor access control . W hile the primary focus is guest communications, this position may also be asked to assist in front-li ne point-of-sale operations . This position is not remote and requires you to work at the resort.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong guest service and communication skills , written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Windows-applications
  • Previous guest service experience
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with RTP or similar POS system
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Mitel, or Confluence

Compensation:

  • Starting Wage: $ 19.11 hourly
