Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Corporate Window Washer to join our facilities team. This role involves using aerial lifts to clean the exterior windows of our corporate headquarters and performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including landscaping, minor water feature maintenance, snow removal, and minor plumbing. On the job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be diligent, safety-conscious, and capable of handling various maintenance responsibilities.

**Shift available 6 am - 10 am

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean exterior and interior windows of the corporate headquarters using aerial lifts and other equipment

• Ensure windows are spotless and streak-free, enhancing the buildings overall appearance

• Adhere to safety protocols when operating aerial lifts and other cleaning equipment

• Assist with maintaining the landscaping around the corporate premises, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pulling weeds, and planting flowers

• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal in autumn and planting in spring

• Conduct minor maintenance on water features, such as reflection pools and ponds, ensuring they are clean and functioning properly.

• Monitor water levels, clean filters, and perform minor repairs as needed

• Remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking areas during winter months

• Apply salt or other de-icing agents to prevent slips and fall s.

• Assist with various maintenance tasks around the facility, as directed by the Facilities Manager

• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

• Previous experience in window washing, particularly using aerial lifts, preferred

• Proficiency in operating aerial lifts and other window cleaning equipment, preferred. Training will be provided

• Experience in landscaping, plumbing, or general maintenance is a plus

• Basic knowledge of using hand tools and other power equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Ability to follow safety protocols and work at heights

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including snow removal and landscaping
