Part-Time Janitor

We are looking for a reliable part-time janitor who can start soon at a beautiful 55 and older community Clubhouse. The hours are 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 24 hours per week.

The days are Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings. The starting pay is $20 per hour with a chance to move up to $21 per hour on Jan. 1, 2026.

Daily schedule - clean men and women's locker rooms - doing toilets, mirrors, cleaing sinks and floor, restocking toilet paper, paper toweling. Change garbage bins. Clean hallway floor. Clean two outdoor restrooms - doing toilets, mirrors, cleaning sinks and floor, restocking toilet paper, paper towel. Change garbage bins.

Work your way to the other side of the Clubhouse - cleaning two more restrooms, doing toilets, mirrors, cleaning sinks and floors, restocking toilet paper, paper towel. Change garbage bins in here and in the offices and in the restaurant. Cleaning off tables, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass.

Then work your way to the Fireside Room a separate building and do both restrooms, vacuum carpet, clean mirrors and glass, change garbage bins, clean kitchen in here.

Change outside garbage cans. Organize outside pool furniture, put up umbrellas until the end of September.

Set up events based off events sheets.

If you do a great job there is potential to move to full-time and receive benefits paid by the company. We need someone with attention to detail and most importantly someone who is reliable and is going to be here everyday they are scheduled to work.
