- None
- Idaho Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire
- 6 months experience in institutional kitchens, restaurant kitchens, or other food service
- Experience cooking for large groups (40+)
- Culinary Training
- Experience with and/or knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies, including proper food handling and workspace management
- Experience with sustainable food systems, including working relationships with farmers and other producers, and sustainable food waste management
- Experience with outdoor education and/or science education for children
- Ability to:
- Perform repetitive motions, bending, stooping, and standing throughout shift
- Work on wet surfaces, around steam and cooking heat
- Lift, carry, and/or otherwise move items weighing up to 50 lbs
