Host/Hostess Theory Sports Bar (River North, Chicago)

Theory is a lively sports bar located in the heart of River North, offering a welcoming atmosphere, great food, and the best place to catch a game in Chicago. Were currently looking for an outgoing and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team!

What Youll Do:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude

Manage reservations and waitlists using seating systems

Coordinate table seating to ensure smooth service flow

Answer phones and assist with general guest inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entryway

Support servers and management as needed

What Were Looking For:

Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous host/hostess or restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and game days
