Chef and Restaurateur Tiffani Faison and her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality are seeking poised and polished Host Staff to be the face of our refined cocktail and wine bar. Our space blends the elegance of fine dining with the energy of a vibrant lounge; offering curated wines, bespoke cocktails, and elevated hospitality.

What Youll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable
• Coordinate seating flow and collaborate with FOH/BOH teams for a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a calm, composed presence during high-volume service
• Uphold the tone and standard of a refined, upscale environment

What Were Looking For:

• Previous host or front desk experience in a fine dining or high-volume setting
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Grace under pressure and exceptional organizational ability
• Knowledge of or interest in wine, spirits, and hospitality culture a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
