Fallow Kin All FOH & BOH Positions

Fallow Kin is James Beard Nominee, Conor Dennehy and Danielle Ayer of Talulla in Cambridge and Marcos Sanchez , formerly of Tasting Counter and Grays Hall . We are long time industry friends who share a common philosophy about food, beverage, hospitality and restaurant culture. We have come together to create Fallow Kin a new restaurant that will offer thoughtful, chef driven, farm to table food in Central Square.

The word fallow refers to a piece of land that is left untouched in order to restore itself to optimum fertility under natural conditions representing our mission of renewal, sustainability and having a strong connection with the Earth. The menu at Fallow Kin will be primarily vegetable driven and will showcase products that we source from local farms and from people we have personal connections with.

Local, sustainably farmed ingredients will go beyond our dinner menu. James Sutter ( Birds of Paradise , Baldwin Bar ), the architect of our cocktail program, is creating drinks from house made ferments, local fruits and vegetables and spirits that are made with intention. Our wine list will also feature winemakers who farm their grapes ethically and use minimal intervention in the winemaking process.
