Small Victories / The Quiet Few Bartender & Barback

Small Victories and The Quiet Few are looking for a full time bartender and barback ! Our team members are self motivated, fun, original, coachable, can multitask, have full availability, and a willingness to work 4 days/week. Most importantly, applicants must be able to get down with the following mission:

TQFxSVS are neighborhood taverns that provide great food, whiskey, and laughs. We are ambassadors of hospitality who take our work seriously, but with a humble approach. Our time is precious, and so are shared human experiences and connections. We are here as much for the community and industry as we are for ourselves, as we strive to offer an atmosphere, culture, and service that is second to none.

Bartenders must have a minimum of two years experience. Barbacks with an eagerness to grow and learn are strongly encouraged.

Base Pay: Bartenders: $6.75 (+ tips)/hour; Barbacks: $12 (+ tips)/hour
