Summary: Seeking a Machine Maintenance Engineer experienced in manufacturing settings to manage repairs, installations, and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in machine maintenance
Minimum of five to ten years of relevant experience
Knowledge of CNC machines, vacuum braze ovens, and other manufacturing equipment
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair production equipment safely
Basic understanding of electrical systems (DC and AC voltage)
Experience with ladder logic, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control devices
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with gas/oil heating systems and air handlers
Experience with MS Office
Responsibilities:
Design maintenance procedures and perform inspections for repairs
Monitor and repair process/production equipment
Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs
Facilitate property insurance audits
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical/mechanical systems
