Nestled in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, The Peacherie is a beautifully curated micro food hall located within Midtowns Arts District. Featuring a thoughtful mix of beloved chefs and creative newcomers, The Peacherie is more than a dining destination, its a community hub that brings together food, culture, and connection. Brasserie Lundi, the full-service anchor restaurant within The Peacherie, draws inspiration from French classics while offering a lively and modern experience that feels right at home in Atlantas evolving culinary scene.
Both concepts are operated by Hospitality HQ (HHQ), a creative consulting and management group led by award-winning chef Akhtar Nawab, known for delivering high-quality service and guest experiences across the country.
Position Overview
The CAM (Common Area Maintenance) team is the backbone of cleanliness and order across The Peacherie food hall and Brasserie Lundi. This role is hands-on, physically active, and essential to creating a polished, welcoming environment for guests and a safe, sanitary workspace for vendors and staff.
CAMs are responsible for the types of tasks that often go unseen the dirty work that keeps the space running smoothly. This includes cleaning restrooms, handling trash and recycling, responding to spills or accidents (including vomit and bodily fluids), and ensuring every public and back-of-house area remains spotless. Pride, consistency, and discretion are key.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House (Primary Focus The Peacherie):
Continuously clean and sanitize dining areas, furniture, high-touch surfaces, and guest pathways.
Empty trash and recycling bins regularly; replace liners and ensure no overflow or odors.
Perform frequent restroom checks and cleanings throughout the day including toilets, sinks, mirrors, soap and paper dispensers, and floors.
Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Respond quickly and professionally to spills, accidents, or bodily fluid clean-ups using proper PPE and safety procedures.
Ensure food hall spaces remain clean and functional during peak hours and events.
Back-of-House & Vendor Areas:
Maintain vendor hallways, storage areas, mop sinks, and janitorial closets.
Sweep and mop shared BOH floors, remove trash, and ensure cleaning supplies are restocked.
Assist in cardboard breakdown and waste disposal in shared vendor trash zones.
Report issues (e.g., pests, leaks, damage) to management immediately.
Brasserie Lundi:
Clean and reset restrooms, entryways, and other guest-facing areas before, during, and after service.
Provide floor support during pre-service setup and end-of-night breakdowns.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure cleaning tasks dont disrupt guest experience.
Outdoor & Exterior:
Maintain a clean and orderly appearance for patios, entrances, sidewalks, and exterior waste areas.
Remove debris, wipe down furniture, empty outdoor trash bins, and ensure walkways are free of spills or hazards.
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred especially in hospitality or food service settings.
Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Must be willing and able to perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning toilets, handling vomit or bodily fluids, and managing dirty or overflowing trash bins.
Able to work independently, follow cleaning checklists, and communicate clearly with managers.
Strong sense of discretion, personal pride, and professionalism.
