THE JOB:

As a Busser/Food Runner at Salt & Ivy , youll help bring Southern charm and coastal flair to life in one of Beau Rivages most vibrant dining outlets. Nestled in our beautiful atrium, Salt & Ivy is known for its bottomless brunches, fresh coastal cuisine, and lively atmosphere. Youll play a key role in creating seamless service by supporting servers, delivering dishes with care, and maintaining a polished dining room that enhances every guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.25/Hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Polishing Glassware

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Preferably has expereince in guest facing postions
